At Street Furniture, we are the established leader and pioneer of commercial outdoor furniture manufacturing in Australia. With our factory based in Regents Park, we make all our products here in Australia for local and overseas customers.
We are looking for a passionate candidate to be part of our growing team. You will assist our small IT Team with helpdesk enquiries and system administration. As the senior IT person, you will need to manage and collaborate with others at all levels that make your colleagues happy and keep the business going. This is a permanent role with a hybrid style working arrangement looking after two separate organisations within a Group.
What you will do:
Coordinate and provide hands on field support of all IT hardware and software.
Resolving technical support issues.
Supervise IT staff across various locations.
Provide desktop support and L1 to L3 troubleshooting for servers, OS, networks including WANs, internet connection, Routers, VPN, RDP, email, and web security.
Manage IT hardware/software, network security, cyber security, communications, and upgrades.
Assist in developing standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to end-users.
Manage monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support all IT systems including Servers, Internet connections, Wi-Fi access, PCs, Laptops, telephones, software applications and peripherals.
Research and testing of applications and hardware for deployment.
Willing to work overtime if urgently required to meet deadline or fix issues.
Open to do training and introduce new tech and latest on market.
General
Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
Maintaining project files and keeping documentation in order.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
Qualifications
· Tertiary qualifications in Computing, IT, and/or web, or equivalent.
· Class C NSW Drivers Licence.
Experience/Skill Level Required
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT helpdesk or system administration role.
· Solid understanding of current Cloud technologies and trends.
· Broad knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware including server infrastructure and networking.
· Previous experience with and supporting a range of software, including:
- AutoCAD / Revit
- Adobe Products
- Project Management System
- Business ERP System
- Google and Outlook Application
Aptitude & Interpersonal Skills
· Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Good organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills.
· Good negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
· Initiative-taking and show enthusiasm. Professional personal presentation.
· Able to work well both within a team environment and independently.
