The Role
As a Library Technician, you will:

Manage the acquisition, cataloguing and maintenance of physical and digital library resources.

Assist students and staff with accessing books, e-books, online databases and research tools.

Support digital literacy initiatives, helping students and staff navigate digital platforms.

Organise library events, including reading programs, Book Week, author readings and literacy challenges.

Foster a love of reading in the children and classes.

Collaborate with teachers to align library resources with the curriculum, supporting classroom activities and student learning.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in library operations, preferably in an educational setting.

Proficiency with digital library systems, e-books and online learning tools.

Brings warmth and passion for supporting students and staff.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A collaborative approach, working closely with teachers and staff to enhance learning.
