Lely Australia is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of all marketing activities within Cluster Oceania specifically and the wider Asia Pacific region. You will explore the market to find new opportunities and with your expertise we will achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Your duties will include:

• Prepare marketing objectives & programs to support Lely brand and business growth.

• Create and implement marketing plans to include budget, people, campaign, digital, and event resources.

• Contribute to the strategy, coordinate, schedule and develop advertising policies and campaigns (on- and offline) that will result in new leads generation.

• Create and recommend optimization of digital content, search engines, social media websites.

• Execute, analyse and optimise advertising campaigns with the budget constraints.

• Advice management and distributors on advertising strategies to actively and effectively promote Lely products and services.

• Conduct market research to analyse demand in collaboration with the Customer and Marketing Insights team.

• Analyse data and digital content of available platforms.

• Stimulate the use of CRM, monitor conversion, measure impact of campaigns.

• Advise on the use of corporate marketing tools, monitor branding and Lely corporate identity according to corporate guidelines.

• Recommend use of common processes and procedures.

• Monitor and report marketing plans/actual performance in close collaboration with Cluster Management.

• Network with media and sector associations.

• Coach and motivate employees and develop the marketing team with the aim to support sales objectives.

Job requirements:

Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent tertiary education.

At least 5 years solid and relevant marketing experience in automated milking systems industry.

Attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid Australian working visa.

Able to travel within Australia and Internationally.

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
