About the role

ZAC Homes, a leader in bespoke, custom-built homes, is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join their team in Penrith, NSW. This is a full-time position, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand and driving marketing initiatives that support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ZAC Homes' brand, products and services

Creating engaging content across various channels, including website, social media, advertising and marketing collateral

Collaborating with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the buyer journey

Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven optimisations

Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies

Contributing to the overall marketing and branding vision of the organisation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in the property or construction industry

Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and the ability to develop and execute successful campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating compelling content

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics

Solid project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline preferred
