THE OPPORTUNITY

  • We are looking for a recruitment coordinator to assist our recruitment team in Mt Waverley
  • Immediate start
  • Salary range $60 000 to $65 000

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Assisting with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Coordinating interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintaining and organising recruitment files and documents
  • Communicating with candidates and providing updates on their application status
  • Generating reports and statistics related to recruitment activities
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Posting job vacancies on relevant platforms
  • Coordinating interview schedules and logistics
  • Responding to candidate inquiries and providing updates on their application status
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment files and documentation
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Managing all compliance requirements and liaising with recruitment team

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
