** Join Our Team as a Recruitment Support Coordinator - No Recruitment Experience Needed!**
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a fresh, exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment? If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a dynamic setting, and are eager to develop new skills, then this could be the perfect role for you!
At E4 Recruitment, we’ve been proudly supporting the healthcare sector for over 10 years, building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service. We're on a mission to become Australia's most recommended healthcare staffing brand, and we’re looking for a dedicated individual to help us reach that goal.
About the Role:
We’re searching for a Recruitment Support Coordinator to join our energetic team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our temporary staffing desk. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants and be key to ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and wants to be part of a collaborative team that’s dedicated to making a positive impact on the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Help source reliable candidates for our temporary nursing team. This will involve high volume phone calls, interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidate documents meet regulatory and company requirements. Liaise with our compliance team to create a seamless onboarding process for our candidates
- Team Collaboration: Answer inbound calls, assist with rostering shifts, and send uniforms to new nursing staff.
- Customer Service: Be a friendly and supportive point of contact for both candidates and internal teams.
- Dynamic Environment: Work alongside a team that values hard work, teamwork, and delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + superannuation (11.5%).
- Work-Life Balance: 20 days of annual leave + a quarterly 'wellness day' (take the day off to recharge) + your birthday off!
- Team Spirit: Regular social events and team bonding opportunities, from volunteering in the community to fun social activities.
- Training & Development: Full training provided, plus ongoing support from your team, Division Manager, and Learning & Development Manager.
- Modern Office Space: Based near Town Hall, Sydney CBD, with occasional flexibility to work from home once trained.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and through video calls.
- Customer-Focused: Previous experience in customer service, a call centre, or similar roles is a bonus, but not essential.
- Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a pathway to it (unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role and cannot accept working holiday visas).
How to Apply:
Please send your CV along with a short email or cover letter to Katie Owen at [email protected] explaining why you’re excited about the role and what makes you a great fit for the team.
We look forward to hearing from you!
