Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment.
• Coordination of temporary labour.
• Build a robust network of candidates and maintain strong relationships to match the right talent with the right opportunities.
• Utilise recruitment technology and techniques to stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Engage in client management and target new business opportunities.
• Be results driven and well organised / structured.
• Be a team player.
• Willing to be on the ‘on-call’ roster bi-weekly. (on-call allowance provided)

About You:

• Minimum 2 years end-to-end recruitment / labour hire experience within the building and civil construction industry.
• Strong Proactive approach on customer service.
• A high level of intrinsic drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive industry.
• A strong focus on safety, compliance, and working rights.
• High level of computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
