About the role
Due to an internal promotion within Zip, we are seeking a highly motivated and team focused Warehouse Administrator to to support the Queensland Service and Sales team.
As the Warehouse Administrator, your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective operation of the QLD office and warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to all incoming calls as highest priority
- Attend to customer pick up orders and processing
- Be a first point of contact for all incoming deliveries to the warehouse
- Assist and process all direct customer orders for pick ups
- Process Purchase Orders, Stock Transfers, RANs, and job dockets
- Assist Sales Team with co-ordinating installs and special attention requests for Service Calls
- Maintain Inventory levels to the required stock levels to support sales and service
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment.eg ( Forklift ) With Forklift license
- Ensure stocktakes are undertaken monthly, managing associated variance reports
Skills & experience
- Experience managing inventory and stock in a warehouse environment
- 2 + years experience as a warehouse coordinator/administrator
- Experience with stock inventory systems such as Pronto/Oneforce desirable
- Forklift licence required (or willing to obtain for the position)
- Highly developed communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the service and sales team
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
