What You’ll Do:

Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events, from corporate conferences to private celebrations.

Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring events align with CMNL’s high standards.

Manage event logistics, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and vendor coordination.

Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best deals.

Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Inspire and direct event staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Keep a close eye on budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Tackle challenges head-on and resolve any issues with quick thinking and professionalism.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Evaluate event success through post-event reviews and feedback.

What You’ll Bring:

Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in event planning and coordination.

A natural ability to organise, multitask, and thrive under pressure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in event management software and budgeting tools.

A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
