The Opportunity

We are looking for an individual who is an industry professional, passionate about advice and relationships and can provide an excellent level of client service. A career practitioner, if you like, that has mastered their craft and wants to take it to the next level.

This firm would love to employ a person with energy, passion, and drive and above all the ability to really look after an excellent quality book of clients and continue to nurture and grow the portfolio. While they want to speak with experienced advisers, they also want people who are interested in contributing to the business over the long term.

Ideally, we would love to speak to people who have had solid adviser experience and are ready to settle and grow with an established business. Someone who is keen to extend themselves in other areas, such as thought leadership or contribute to the broader industry would be highly regarded.

The Role

• Understanding clients’ immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
• Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
• Provide quality and trusted financial advice
• Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
• Manage client relationships and assist to promote and drive new business
• Network with industry peers and established referral sources and attend / leverage seminars, sponsorships and other promotional activity

About You

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Adviser
• Experience working with retirement clients an advantage
• Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term
• FASEA approved qualifications
• Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest
• Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
• Commercial mindset
