This role's renumeration contains both base salary and bonus as well as an equity position in the book. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while building your own client base. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, as you’ll actively seek new business opportunities, utilizing the existing business structure to supply referrals. Ongoing guidance and resources from our firm will be available to support your success.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Financial Planner or Adviser.

Strong technical knowledge in financial planning strategies, investments, and compliance.

Proven track record of developing and growing a client base.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
