Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is a WA family-owned and operated business, setting the standard in swimming pool manufacturing and customer service. We are actively seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Service Scheduler to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is critical in coordinating service schedules, dispatching technicians, and overseeing warranty processes. If you have a strong background in scheduling, customer service, and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage & Optimise Service Schedules – Organise and oversee all warranty repairs, maintenance, and service requests across Perth.
• Coordinate Warranty Claims – Process and oversee manufacturer service requests, ensuring compliance with warranty standards.
• Dispatch Technicians & Contractors – Ensure the right people are sent to the right jobs, maximising efficiency and minimising downtime.
• Handle Customer Scheduling & Communication – Confirm appointments, explain warranty processes, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Track & Monitor Service Jobs – Maintain accurate records and oversee warranty claim processing.
• Problem-Solve Scheduling Conflicts – Quickly adjust schedules, resolve service delays, and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Work With Manufacturers & Internal Teams – Ensure all warranty claims, repairs, and service requests comply with ALT and manufacturer standards.
• Full-Time Position – We are looking for someone who is ready to commit long-term and help drive our scheduling efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in scheduling, service coordination, or warranty management (preferably in pool, construction, or manufacturing industries).
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills – Handle multiple service requests while keeping everything running smoothly.
• Problem-solving mindset – Ability to manage last-minute changes, technician availability, and customer needs.
• Tech-savvy – Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or service management tools (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills – Confidently liaise with technicians, customers, and contractors.
• High attention to detail – Ensure scheduling accuracy and record-keeping.
