Role Overview

Based in our head office in Mackay and reporting to the Sales Manager, this role encompasses both technical and commercial water treatment account management across various industries and applications within Mackay and local regions, including Municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, water filtration and chemical dosing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service experiences by understanding and managing client expectations.

Develop and maintain sales skills, market trend, technical and product knowledge of water treatment products and solutions

Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on product selection, application and maintenance

Learn and effectively utilise CRM systems

Eligibility

Sales experience with a proven record of building relationships and having a results driven mindset

Water Treatment and / or pump industry knowledge and experience is highly valued

Be familiar with or possess the ability to acquire knowledge of:

Media filtration equipment, including Water Softeners, cartridges & Reverse Osmosis systems

Commercial/Industrial water filtration, sediment and UV stabilisation products and systems;

PVC and poly pipe and fittings.

Correctly troubleshoot, size, and select water treatment accessories for customer recommendation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential

Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a team, to achieve successful outcomes.
