The Organisation
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take a step into a supportive environment and be apart of a large and growing global business. As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll. The company also offers hybrid working conditions and are looking for someone to join the business immediately or with 1 weeks' notice.

Duties & Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• End to end payroll weekly processing for 1400 employees (in a team of 2)
• Weekly payruns and processing of timesheets
• Completing payroll tax and superannuation payments
• Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
• Managing Centrelink Paid Parental Leave payments and Workers Compensation payments
• Handle relevant employee queries
• Calculating redundancies
• Additional tasks to assist the broader team
• 8.30 - 5pm working hours

Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
• 1-1.5 years experience in a Payroll Officer position
• Confident with Excel
• Experience with MYOB a plus
