Payroll Officer | Leading Global Brand

Join a well-known global brand and take the next step in your payroll career! We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll for 750 employees across Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team, handling payroll processing, terminations, redundancies, and system implementations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for Australian employees using Preceda.
• Manage two fortnightly and three monthly pay cycles.
• Handle terminations, redundancies, and superannuation reconciliations.
• Process Adelaide timesheets using Kronos and work with Workday for payroll functions.
• Collaborate with a payroll team of four, reporting to the Payroll Manager (Yesha).
• Support the implementation of iChris payroll system.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience using Preceda; familiarity with Workday and Kronos is a plus.
• Payroll system implementation experience, especially iChris, is highly desirable.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
