We have a short-term federal government contract to deliver key information and services to members of the Australian public.

You will earn $34.62 p/hr + weekend and after hour penalties. Extensive additional hours will also be available throughout the campaign, including requirements on public holidays.

After completing a 4-day full-time client training program, this team will respond to inbound calls and provide guidance & information to members of the Australian public.

Key Role Details:

Start dates throughout April

Hourly rate of $34.62

Monday to Sunday - Hours range between 7am to 10pm, a preference for availability 5pm to 10pm (Mon – Fri)

Various roster patterns available

A minimum of 25hrs per week through to full time hours available

Penalty and overtime rates apply

Extensive additional hrs available, weekend and public holiday shifts will be required, earn up to $69.25 p/hr

Brisbane CBD and Robina office (with parking) locations

Who are you?

Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
