We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Officer to join our team at our Wodonga Depot.

The Depot Operations Officer will report directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the daily administrative operations of the depot including some forklift duties.

As a support role within the depot key duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with rosters, lubricants and some fuel delivery scheduling, attending to general enquiries, daily depot processing and other general administration tasks required. Some forklift work in the yard is also required.

Key Duties:

Customer service (face to face and via phone)

Daily administration tasks

Warehouse stock control

Meet daily schedules and deadlines

Daily housekeeping

Good trouble shooting skills and ability to communicate well within a small team

All training provided to meet company requirements

Forklift licence essential

Full training is provided, along with ongoing support provided by Regional Manager, Depot Manager and other depot staff.
