We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our growing team, and assist in supporting our F&B team.

What you’ll be doing:

Working across our F&B outlets and events, including Birdrock Bar and Grill, in-room dining and conferencing and events.

The ideal candidates will be confident, reliable, engaging and ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience. In addition, we are looking for people who enjoy helping their colleagues, working as a team and delivering quality products consistently.

Qualifications

Friendly, approachable, and a guest-focused attitude

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles

Supervisor role with previous experience in leadership

A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Previous bar & cocktail preferred, but not necessary
