About the role

Killara Golf Club Ltd. is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role is based in Killara, NSW 2071 and will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and supervising the food and beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budgets to optimise profitability
• Developing staff through training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverage offerings
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues
• Participating in the planning and execution of club events and functions

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications or experience in hospitality management
• Desire to lead and motivate a food and beverage team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, staff, and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing, and other relevant regulations
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
