About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Manager with a passion for storytelling, segmentation, and design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing, owning campaigns end-to-end—from concept and copy to design, delivery, and reporting.
This is a full-time role for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally within eCommerce, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the email and SMS marketing strategy, aligned with brand goals and seasonal calendars
Build, manage, and optimise campaigns and automated flows (abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, etc.)
Own graphic design and copywriting for all email/SMS communications using Klaviyo (or similar)
Segment customer lists and maintain data health, including cleaning, tagging, and list management
Drive customer lifecycle and retention strategies, identifying key opportunities for engagement and growth
Monitor and report on performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution) and action improvements
Stay on top of industry best practices and platform updates to ensure innovation and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in email/SMS marketing for eCommerce or lifestyle brands
Proficient in Klaviyo or similar platforms
Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and email design best practices
Confident copywriter with a good understanding of tone and brand voice
Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and list management
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to guide strategy
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Passion for parenting, lifestyle, or design-driven brands is a big bonus!
