The Opportunity:
Weโre looking for a talented and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team and take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. If you're passionate about growth, data-driven strategies, and innovative marketing in the alternative healthcare space, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Campaign Optimisation: Design and implement data-driven strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, while optimising paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Customer Journey & A/B Testing: Improve conversions, reduce churn, and run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and emails to drive growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with content, design, and product teams to execute, report on campaigns, and enhance organic visibility through SEO and content marketing.
- Email Marketing & Budget Management: Develop email strategies to nurture leads, oversee marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise resource allocation.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on marketing trends and recommend new strategies for growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven Digital Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience with a focus on growth, acquisition, and performance optimisation.
- Paid Media Expertise: Proven success in managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok with a focus on optimisation and ROI.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimisation: Experience running A/B tests and improving conversion rates.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Basic understanding of SEO strategies to support growth.
- Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) to engage customers.
- Project & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytics Tools Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
