Our client, a large Federal government department based in , requires an experienced for a 12 + 12 month contract.

Duties

• Lead change management activities to support the successful implementation of the Information Management Uplift and Technology projects.
• Develop and maintain complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders that support successful implementation of the Information Management Uplift and Technology projects.
• Prepare and deliver complexity assessments, impact assessments, project communications, business readiness, training plans and training and documentation.
• Evaluate the impact of potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks and issues.
• Identify and manage activities associated with the anticipated resistance to change, ensuring key stakeholders are consulted throughout the change process.
• Undertake work that is very complex or sensitive and operate under broad direction.

Technical skills

• Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, risk management skills and judgement to inform decisions in a complex and sensitive service delivery environment.
• Well-developed change management skills including the ability to inspire others and collaborate with a range of stakeholders/teams.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate with influence, including strong facilitation and presentation skills.
