Helen's Hill Winery is a family-owned and operated 5-star rated winery in the Yarra Valley. We provide exceptional customer experiences, including wine tastings and casual lunch dining on our wine deck and lawn area, which extends out from our cellar door tasting room.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently

Provide recommendations on menu items and wines

Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Assist in setting up and packing down the venue

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service

Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly

Shifts are weekend-based and flexible, with the majority of shifts occurring during the daytime between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. More shifts are available during holidays and the Christmas holiday period, including weekday work.
