About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join the team at Alencia' in Dandenong, Victoria. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to work around your schedule. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our clients and their guests.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers

Working alongside head waiters and completing given instructions

Taking food and beverage to and from tables and bar

Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns

Maintaining a clean and organized area, including setting and clearing tables

Assisting with general venue duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar fast paced environment, ideally in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

Available to work on weekend nights

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
