POSITION - WORKFLOW ADMINISTRATOR

25 hours per week | Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm.

About the Role: As we grow, we seek a dedicated and proactive Workflow Administrator to be an integral part of our workflow process, delivering first class customer service to our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you'll be a reliable bridge and key point of contact between our assessors and clients, ensuring seamless communication and administration, from start to finish.

Role Responsibilities:

Customer Connection: Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring the Workflow Team provides exemplary service.

Workflow: Coordinate job allocation, prioritising tasks, monitoring progress and deadlines.

Project Support: Aid the Energy Efficiency Team with the timely preparation of reports and documentation.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction. Verify the accuracy on all documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Administration or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong written and verbal communication.

Customer Service Focus: Commitment to exceptional service across all channels.

Communication & Attention to Detail: Clarity and precision in all communications.

Important Application Details:

Must reside in WA and commute to Wangara daily.
