Role: Property Manager

As the Property Manager you will manage and be accountable for all elements of Property through the effective communication, administration and commercial management of machines, to achieve CoinOp Group’s business objectives. The focus of the role is to provide timely and proactive support to CoinOp Management and to action shopping centres and franchisee licencing activities and agreements.

Your responsibilities:

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate all property activities.

Be accountable for ensuring all retail Landlord requests are completed in a timely manner.

Administer all leasing and licencing agreements for CoinOp with shopping centres and other properties.

Be accountable for coordinating site surveys and preparing, presenting, and following up site proposals with Landlords and other relevant stakeholders.

Prepare the necessary information for contract management.

Monitor and report on machine performance.

Work with Operation team to ensure all Machine locations and moves are in line with agreed business plans.

You will have:

Experience in property management and working with shopping centres.

Experience working with leasing and licencing agreements.

Both a team player and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised with attention to detail.

Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365.
