Our Client

Our client is an award-winning and highly regarded agency specialising in the sale, leasing, and management of commercial/retail property in Perth. Due to multiple new projects, they are growing and have therefore created a new position to work alongside 2 x Senior Property Managers who are highly knowledgeable in the Perth market.

The Position

• Day-to-day management of a premium retail portfolio, liaising with tenants and landlords
• Regular property inspections/reports
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Tenant invoices and arrears
• Budgeting
• Overseeing facility management and maintenance of the portfolio

The Criteria

• Ideally, minimum 2 x years experience in commercial property management; however, experienced Assistant Commercial Property Managers are also encouraged to apply
• WA Property Management License
• Knowledge of Cirrus8 would be highly regarded but not essential
• Knowledge of relevant commercial tenancy legislation
