Our client is seeking a Property & Leasing Manager to join their property management and development business. About the Role: Reporting to the GM, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing leasing, tenant relationships, and property maintenance.
• Preparing rent reports, invoices, and asset management plans.
• Managing external property managers and consultants.
• Identifying and executing strategies to increase revenues and asset value.
• Driving portfolio growth through new acquisitions and redevelopment initiatives.

About You: To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring:

• A bachelor's degree in property, business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
