At Flower Power we are the building owners and landlords for several and varied retail outlets across Sydney and the Newcastle Areas. The position requires attention to leasing compliance and detailed management of the tenants across all areas of their lease agreements and obligations.

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of our leased commercial properties. This includes maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related field

Proven Experience as a Property Manager in New South Wales

Strong Knowledge of property management and tenant laws

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, think proactively and work as a team or independently

Problem Solving
