BARISTAS and WAITSTAFF

Looking for a knowledge-able barista that has experience in high volume coffee making - Do you have a passion for coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with customers?

Then this role is for you!

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

Minimum of 2 years (high volume) Barista experience

Confident working solo under pressure and keeping cool during peak times

Must have fast turnaround on coffee orders (high volume experience)

Strong customer service and the ability to build genuine rapport

Excellent skills in communication and teamwork

Willing to pitch in across different sections of the café when needed

Availability to work some weekends (rotation roster)

A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers

Ability to work as a team – when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as waiting on tables and/or delivering meals to tables and/or hosting

An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Well-presented, reliable and enthusiastic

Basic waiting/table service skills
