NoosaCare is located across two incredible facilities – Carramar in Tewantin and Kabara in Cooroy. We are a community-based, not-for-profit organisation that puts our residents and their families at the forefront of all we do. Our state-of-the-art facilities are located in stunning natural surroundings and landscaped gardens, where residents live with dignity, respect and choice and experience the highest level of care they deserve.

We are currently seeking a Cafe Coordinator/Barista at our Cooroy, QLD location, Kabara.

We are proud of our origins as the first residential aged care provider in the Noosa Shire. Since 1974, we have remained an independent, not-for-profit organisation that’s not associated with any faith-based institution or large corporation. NoosaCare operates from the community for the community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making barista style coffees for Cafe guests.
• Work collaboratively with the volunteer team 3 days per week and independently 2 days per week.
• Light food preparation.
• Point of sale (POS) service.
• Maintaining a happy, safe and hygienic café environment.

About You

NoosaCare is looking for candidates that have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people's lives. We also are looking for someone that has experience as a barista and/or experience in general hospitality.
