The Role – Digital Marketing Executive:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team full-time, based in Fremantle, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and grow alongside the business.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with our operations and customer service teams, you’ll take the lead on our digital presence—driving online growth, boosting brand visibility, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all digital platforms.

This role comes with huge long-term growth potential, especially as we continue to expand our footprint across Australia through new branches and franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & SEO:

>Oversee and update content across multiple Monsterball websites (copy edits, image tweaks, and technical troubleshooting).

>Lead SEO efforts to continually improve website performance and search engine rankings.

>Conduct regular audits and implement best practices for web optimization.

>Regularly update our Google Business Profile, monitoring and leveraging reviews, and adding new photos/videos.

>Collaborate with our social and marketing team to create and monitor trackable links and QR codes as part of holistic campaign management.

Google AdWords:

>Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns based on performance data, events calendar, and availability.

>Flex Google Ads campaigns to align with Monsterball’s event calendar: driving bookings when we need them and cooling off when we’re at capacity.

Content & Social Media

>Work closely with the customer service team and branch managers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Reporting & Analysis:

>Prepare regular integrated reports on website and ad campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.

> Present findings to the team and make recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.

Work with our Franchisees

> Monsterball is expanding across WA & beyond, which creates an opportunity to grow the Digital Marketing Executive role over time depending on the requirements of the location. We have 5 locations at the moment and expending.

Skills & Experience:

● Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, SEO, and content management).

● Strong understanding of website analytics and optimization techniques.

● Flexible approach with the ability to pivot around high and low bookings in our event calendar.

● Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in both copy editing and creative direction.

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● A good understanding of social media and social ads

● Experience working with external content agencies and internal stakeholders to align strategies.

● Previous experience in event-based marketing is a bonus, especially for a seasonal business.

Agencies: we’d prefer someone to work in-house for this opportunity.

What We Offer:

● $80 000 to $ 100 000 per year depending on experience.

● A flexible role with 4 days a week based in our Fremantle office and a day from home.

Choose which day you want to work from home. Only Monday will need to be mandatory at the office.
