About the role

SIGRIGS PTY LIMITED is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Early Childhood Teachers and diploma-qualified educators to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression and development.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality educational programming and care for children aged 0-5 years

Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Documenting children's learning and development through observations, portfolios, and other assessment tools

Collaborating with families to support children's learning and wellbeing

Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant teaching qualification

Diploma qualified educators with a strong background in early childhood education

Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing high-quality educational programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for nurturing and supporting the development of young children

Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally responsive practice

Knowledge of relevant early childhood regulations and frameworks

Current First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis management
