About the Role

Kutting Edge Interiors is seeking an experienced Ceilings & Partitions Site Manager to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality interior construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company specializing in commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from inception to completion.

Coordinate with builders, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules & Plans.

Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues.

Provide regular progress reports and updates to Directors.

Work closely with the broader construction team to deliver seamless and integrated project execution.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Manager in the construction industry, specifically in interior fit-outs, ceilings, and partitions.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.

Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues early and implement effective solutions.

Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
