Duties and Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve application issues to drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop customer relationships through various forms of communication.
- Participate in learning tools to stay current on the technical specifications of the company’s products.
- Provide knowledge to the customer to enhance their product experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase the product performance.
Experience Needed
- Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in complex enterprise software applications.
- Previous experience in a technical/system support role with customer-facing responsibilities is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exposure to programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, or 4GL is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Up to $80k + super + company performance bonus
