PM-Partners group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Casual Venue Attendants to join our existing operational team. A caring, professional attitude is highly valued for this role, as well as previous hospitality experience.

· Casual Hourly Hospitality Award Rates – up to $31.23 per hour + super

· Flexible rostering – based on what hours work best for your needs and personal lifestyle

· Sydney CBD Office location (working in-person) – less than 5 minutes from Wynyard Station

This casual position offers shifts between 7.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (evening & weekend availability may be asked for on the rare occasion if needed).

The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of all training rooms and common facilities, supervising, and assisting with the management of day-to-day Training Course operations and helping clients and students where needed.

Key tasks of the Venue Attendant role include, but are not limited to:

· Maintaining a high level of cleanliness & daily servicing of all training rooms & common facilities

· Organising training rooms daily & making sure all equipment is set up ready for the day

· Breakout duties (including but not limited to): setting up catering, cleaning tables & service areas, washing dishes

· Meeting and greeting trainers & students as they arrive, checking with the trainers if there are any concerns regarding the room setups, and making the students feel welcome

· Moving throughout the workplace, carrying, and moving items, etc.

· Providing daily support to the Operations / Logistics Manager & Coordinator

· Accepting & packing deliveries

· Ensuring adequate supply & equipment stock

· Adhering to WHS regulations & quality standards

Key Skills & Qualities to be successful in this role include:

· Proven experience in Hospitality Industry is preferred, with a solid understanding of Hospitality procedures & best practice / WHS quality standards

· Able to work well autonomously & as part of a team, self-sufficient & self-motivated and well groomed

· Professional attitude & great customer service skills

· Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines & time frames

· Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
