Goldspring & Co is a full-service accounting firm with a modern office looking for a new enthusiastic member to join our expanding team. We are a well established firm that has been assisting clients with their tax, advisory & bookkeeping needs since 1992.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bookkeeping.
• Understanding of Australia tax regulations, GST and payroll requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of Xero (certification preferred).
• Experience with MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Dependable and committed.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Data entry, payroll and general bookkeeping.
• Answering and directing phone calls internally when required.
• Processing client payments when required.
