Key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Record daily financial transactions accurately.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable.

Generate financial reports for management.

Track and categorize business expenses.

Assist in preparing BAS, GST, and tax-related documents.

Monitor cash flow and budget tracking.

Maintain records of supplier and customer accounts.

Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial closings.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Use accounting software to manage financial data.

Communicate with accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.

The suitable applicant should:

Have AQF Certificate III including at least two years relevant experience, or AQF Certificate IV or at least three years of relevant experience.

Ability to work in Xero.

Drive for continuous improvement.

Strong attention to detail and a team player with a positive mindset.

Excellent communication skills.

The employer will offer:

A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.

An annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.

There will be annual review of performance for higher incentives and bonuses.
