What You’ll Do:
As a vital member of our team, you'll manage comprehensive freight forwarding tasks and foster relationships with clients. Your role will focus on:

Overseeing client implementations and fostering ongoing development and retention.

Processing and managing shipments from initial purchase orders to final delivery, ensuring all client needs are met promptly.

Assist with onboarding and facilitating operations with new import clients, ensuring top-tier service.

Handling communications, managing inquiries, and working diligently with our team to maximise international purchasing and logistics efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding.

International purchasing experience is preferred, but not necessary

Familiarity with Cyber Freight platforms.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a flair for building and maintaining professional relationships.
