Emanate Technology have partnered with a Brisbane based retail business who excels in their domain. As the business continues to grow they are seeking to introduce the new role of Retail Area Manager to lead their retail team across 3 locations. The role will report to the General Manager, with ~15 direct reports across the retail stores. With the support of an experienced team, well developed frameworks and continually evolving technology, this role will suit someone who has something special to contribute, and the drive to make ongoing contributions to a performance culture.

The successful candidate in this role will know the importance learning and understanding the needs of those around them before taking action. A high EQ will be essential for this leader, with the ability to actively engage with the team and promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

You will bring:

• Experience managing across multiple sites
• Well round ed hands on experience covering; rostering, inventory management, reporting etc
• The ability to learn new technologies
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work with stakeholders of all levels, through to CEO
• "Leader Mindset", leading from the front
• The ability to tailor your approach to every individual in your team
• An understanding of the difference between "luxury" and "high quality"
• A problem solvers tool belt and the willingness to put forward your ideas
