This is an opportunity that will allow you to work with the BEST in the business! They are on the search for a passionate, organised & experienced Trust Accountant to manage the Sales & Property Management Trust Account.

The Role:

• End to end Trust Accounting of both Property Management & Sales
• Around 300 sales per year and a portfolio of 160 properties
• End of the month for the Property Management portfolio
• Dealing with all client invoicing and accounts inquiries
• Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations
• Disbursements of deposit monies
• Assisting Property Managers with ledgers and owner/tenant queries
• General ad hoc duties
• Payroll
• General Accounts
• Marketing Invoices
• Reconciling & receipting
• MYOB, Agent Box, Property Tree

The Candidate:

• Real Estate Trust accounts experience
• The willingness to learn, adapt & grow within the business
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Real Estate Certificate / License or willing to obtain
• Team player attitude, happy to assist where necessary
• Quick thinker, problem solver
