Our client, a leading commercial property management firm in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, offers roles in the CBD or Western Suburbs. They excel in building relationships, with success rooted in long-term trust and continuous evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile trust accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for trust accounts.
• Manage trust account transactions, including collections and payments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and trust accounting rules.
• Maintain accurate records of all trust account transactions and activities.

Key Requirements

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a commercial agency.
• Strong understanding of trust accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• High level of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including knowledge of the GOAT and/or Cirrus8 system, used for managing trust accounts.
