• Hourly rate range from $45 per hour, up to $75 based on level of experience.
• Working arrangements: Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm primarily onsite/office

Duties include:

• Manage community engagement
• Provide advice, support and feedback to ensure customer needs are heard and met
• Foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving, address community needs with tact and professionalism
• Lead in-person engagement activities, respond to enquiries, manage complaints and develop high-quality communication materials
• Create cohesive connections between project goals and community priorities
• Balance multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Project management and critical thinking
• Provide a positive engagement experience for stakeholders and community members
• Handle enquires and complaints professionally, liaising with the project communications team to resolve issues effectively.
