Customer Success Specialist

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and a tailored experience to clients by answering customer queries, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to promote increased retention rates and to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

About you

• Previous experience working in customer service/account management required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in finance, payments or degree educated
• Previous experience using salesforce desired but not required
• Driven, motivated with a can-do attitude
• Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Salary package: $65.000 - $70,000 + Super
