Zweck is an internal Group Services division that partners with Aizer Group. We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our partner Aizer Insurance Builders.

About the Job

Working closely with our Supervisors on the road, you will be responsible for the following:

Coordination/Allocation of trades and repairs

Point of contact for all clients both internal and external

Updating internal and external databases

Cost control

Reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices

Answering phone calls and emails from clients, trades and suppliers

Maintaining up to date file notes

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office program

Ability to learn new systems and operating platforms

Basic knowledge of building trades (desirable, but not essential)
