Transcend Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a fulltime Site Project Coordinator/ Administration

Transcend Building are on the lookout for a pro active individual to become a part of our growing team servicing the insurance repair industry. As a small family business we're all about providing high quality works and great customer service.

We are looking for an experienced and self motivated individual who can work as a part of a team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions. Previous experience within the insurance industry is looked upon favorably as this role is based around meeting a high level of customer service, project management and coordination to work independently and with your new team across multiple projects. With the ability to engage and organise trades, project schedules and assist the site supervision staff across multiple projects at any given time. Your responsibilities will also include data entry and contacting clientele as well as general administrative tasks.

Ideally we are looking for an individual with previous experience in the insurance industry with a track record of efficiently assisting in the running multiple projects at any given time. Strong computer skills will be required and working with Prime Eco system software will be beneficial.
