Boilermaker / Sheetmetal Team Leader

Our client is seeking an experienced Tradesman with Leadership and Management experience to join their team on a temp to permanent basis with an immediate start!

Duties Include:

• Leading a team of 15 Staff over 3 Shifts
• Organising, Scheduling and doing Quality Assurance to 5S & Lean Manufacturing Standards
• Working SAP Systems
• Operating Pressing, Forming, and Rolling Machines

Licences & Requirements

• Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Sheetmetal
• Previous Stainless Steel Manufacturing Experience
• Previous Leadership and Management Experience
• Exceptional Time Management

Rate & Conditions

• Casual: Up to $60.00ph + Penalties
• Full Time: Up to $50.00ph + Penalties
• Overtime available including Saturdays
• Location: Eagle Farm
