About the Roles

Department Manager's Salary Range 130k-150k - Dependent Quals/ Experience

Department Supervisor / Team Leader's Salary Range 80k-90k - Dependent Quals/ Experience

The Production Managers and Supervisors Team Leaders are hands-on role that is primarily responsible for organizing and coordinating the production for the Boning section by ensuring that all the processes are followed in accordance with the quality management system, while production targets are maintained.

Managing and supervising the department (either Slaughter; Boning; Cold Store; QA or Load Out) to ensure is compliant with DAWR, QA, WHS requirements. Supervise & manage production employees and coordinate their task allocation in accordance with their knowledge and ability ensuring that they are following WHS and quality procedures.

Where you'll work with a diverse team who align with our values & are passionate and empowered to perform at pace & achieve big things. It requires using technical knowledge & sound problem solving skills to resolve issues in our “Can-Do” Maintenance Team.
