About the Role
Sunbury Water Life is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Sunbury. In this role, you’ll be responsible for repairing, servicing & installing our range of water related products both in our workshop and on-site. You’ll diagnose issues, complete warranty and chargeable repairs, install new products, and provide outstanding customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspect, repair, and service products in the workshop.
Inspect, repair, service & install products on-site.
Diagnose technical faults and process warranty claims.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and face-to-face.
Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to OH&S and business policies.
Identify and report product failure trends.
Assist with customer reports and service training.
Support efficiency improvements and growth within the Service Department.

Valid Driver’s Licence (manual).
Dedication to delivering high-quality service.
Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Willingness to learn new products and continuously improve.
Experience with pool, spa, or pumping products is an advantage, though general mechanical experience will be considered.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Experience in field service or technical repair roles.
Practical knowledge of plumbing and/or pump hydraulics.
Proficiency with power/hand tools and troubleshooting equipment (e.g., pumps, filters).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Basic Computer & Phone proficiency.
Valid Driver’s Licence (manual).
Desirable (but not essential):
Relevant Trade qualification.
Restricted Electrical License (Disconnect-Reconnect).
