The client base is outstanding and provide a strong variety of matters across planning administration and litigation. If you are more comfortable in one area they are happy to provide the mentor ship and training for you to expand your skill set.

The firm assists clients with deceased estate, property transactions, and superannuation claims.
Assist Clients to construct their legal Will, and the planning for the distribution of their estate

This role will suit a personable, organised and motivated Lawyer to join this well established team. You will work with, and learn from, skilled professionals and assist with the growth of the business.

Your varied role will include:

• Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
• Assisting with Will and estate preparation
• Drafting legal documents
• Legal research
• Assistance with Litigation matters
• Client contact

About You

You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own.

• Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years PAE experience in Wills and Estates matters.
• Ability to act autonomously with well developed communication skills
• Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Admitted to legal practice in Qld and/or immediately eligible to apply for a practising certificate in Queensland
